What is the difference between BREEAM 2018 and BREEAM V6.1?
BREEAM UK New Construction 2018 and Version 6.1 are separate versions of the same BREEAM New Construction scheme, so much of their structure is similar.
The main difference is that they were developed for different generations of UK Building Regulations, with corresponding updates to areas such as energy assessment and operational energy modelling. Projects should therefore use the manual that corresponds to the BREEAM scheme version they are registered against.
